EDIT2: Also, previously I downgraded gstreamer0.10-pulseaudio from 0.10.21-1ubuntu3 to 0.10.21-1ubuntu2. I will do this as soon as possible once my Internet connection is up. The other sound card may be my Logitech camera which has a mic on it. It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue.
