thanks for guys for everyone's help, I've the solved the problem. The first two say base system device and the third one says coprocessor. The model number is from the tag & an hp scan also stated this as the model I have. After looking thru the forums here i saw that i could just delete/uninstall the driver from my system, reboot and the system would update the driver automatically since the update driver

I've tried installing the Win7Vista 179.48 32bit beta drivers from nvidia and have had no luck. None of them can be updated from the manager because it... I'm not sure but I've been having occasional choppy or laggy video when I'm watching movies or playing games. Once I installed these ( I do not remember what the other ones were...) The same scenario happens, the computer runs SLOW anytime UAC, crtl-alt-delete, etc is employed.
