Digidesign Coreaudio Driver
The correct HD drivers are included as part of the Pro Tools HD software installation (Pro Tools HD 10.3.5 and earlier). Current Drivers Please find the latest HD driver in your Version 7.4.2 of the Standalone Digidesign CoreAudio Drivers includes a Universal Binary installer for installation on both PowerPC- and Intel-based Mac OS X 10.5.3. As it says on the standalone driver download pages, the standalone CoreAudio driver installer is just that: a standalone installer for users that do not have Pro Tools installed. __________________ Administrator Still no joy.
Does Digi not test 3rd party programs at all. If it's too complicated for you to find the folders I told you, you can simply format your hard drive and re-install everything from scratch. My 8.0.1 stand alone drivers worked with reason and logic...However, the stand alone drivers are stuffed in 8.0.3. If you are installing Pro Tools 7.4.2 for Mac OS X 10.5.3, you should use the Digidesign CoreAudio included with your Pro Tools installation, not the standalone version. Don't upgrade as i did !
